If you would like prayer, you can use the form below to send in your request.  We check this daily.

  1. The request comes to Pastor Johnny Cawthon.  If you wish to have it also shared with Pat Plummer, our Office Manager and Intercessor, please indicate this.  You can also ask for it to be shared with our Prayer Chain.
  2. Please send us an update of any answers, healings, miracles.  This encourages us when we pray.
  3. If you have questions, please ask.
  4. In case of medical emergencies, user should call 911 instead or contact the local police... etc.
